To sign in to our online services you need a valid e-identification (BankID) on your computer, smartphone or tablet. You use it to authenticate yourself and make electronic signatures. You obtain e-identification via your internet bank or at Telia.
In most cases, you are not entitled to benefits if you are abroad, but if you have a job interview, you can receive benefits. At the arbetsförmedling you can also apply for compensation for travel and accommodation. Contact us before you go.
If you have to go on a job interview abroad, you may be entitled to benefits. This applies to the whole world, not just within the EU / EEA. The time of the job interview must be confirmed by either the arbetsförmedling or the interviewing company.
You will receive benefits for the day you attend the job interview. We assess on a case-by-case basis whether time before or after the interview qualifies for benefits.
