To sign in to our online services you need a valid e-identification (BankID) on your computer, smartphone or tablet. You use it to authenticate yourself and make electronic signatures. You obtain e-identification via your internet bank or at Telia.
In October 2025, a new unemployment insurance law will take effect. Some key changes include qualifying based on income, membership duration affecting benefit levels, and income months determining the benefit period. Anyone already receiving benefits in October will follow the current rules.
